My review for le beso: Stayed from Sept 14-21@ le beso side adults only building 11 right beside noisey pool on le beso.. (no upgrades) and everything was wonderful. Food & drink service: Didn't try the room service The buffet mercado was ok, but didn't eat there again- always went to pez dama for breakfast was so much better ! Booked evening dinners- steakhouse, not bad, steak was tender but very fatty. Sakura was awesome ! Unfortunately couldn't get to book any others like Blue moon & margarita always no booking on app no matter what time you tried - 5 mins before 8am or 8am, nothing left ! Ocean burger by the lazy river was so good! Route 66- best fries we had rib, was very tough but the salads were very tasty! Mike's coffee - outstanding! Frozen ice cream cappuccino just delicious! Chocolate monkey was delicious @ lazy river bar! - best coco Loco at noisey pool on le beso, the quiet pool le beso their slush machine no working- just ok drinks they do them in a blender. The room was great in building 11, the safe didn't work- & I didn't ask to fix it has we had our stuff locked with tsa lock in suitcase everytime we left room. ( has I heard before I came about so much theft) We used locked suitcase no problems! But .. I will add there was Corp here a few days back going around the resort the people seem to have changed since then more smiles -more Hola .. not that it was bad before thro... I dunno if with complaints I've read for last 6-7 weeks before arriving about theft & staff had anything to do with that? ????? The beds & pillows are so comfortable! Leave some $ in fridge they will stock it well! , although we had 1 day nothing, hubby called front desk they came within 15 mins to stock ! The rooms are very damp, but damp rid for room, makes a world of difference! I had 2 but really 4 would have been better for a week. The lazy river was the best! So relaxing yet enjoyable also, bring your own floaty has there isn't many owned by resort that I saw anyways ... then just gift it to someone else to use. Can't say muxh about the beach didn't go there foe a day just went to take some pics heard it was rocky . But... the Lighthouse go up and take video and pics .. what a view - there is a elevator instead of stairs . They have a magic show on the beach one night - awesome! & pool foam party -el beso noisey pool .. it was good also. I can't say anything about el faro, although we are allowed to use that side also we didn't. If you lose ur key bracelet =$150... so if anything at all goes wrong with it go to front desk to replace it for free.. Towels they give u a card - if not returned its =$20 on checkout. There is a train that goes around the resort...hop on - hop off ! Plus there is carts that will take u wherever also. They have a ice cream place in the square but only open at night ! ... unfortunately. They play bingo at night also near the ice cream shop. There is a bowling alley, sport bar, disco & theartre shows- didn't get to do these ?? All I can say is, upon booking here and for the month till arrival I was very skeptical & considering changing resort with all the bad reviews. ... but I'm glad we came to celebrate our 24th anniversary ( although I emailed the resort prior for any perk/ courtesy for that special day and got a email back it was noted on our reservation- this resort done nothing for that day has a perk - show the $$$ yes , but nothing courtesy even with them being aware, which was kinda shocking) But all in all .. we had hot weather, 10 mins of rain in 7 days ...some kind smiles & friendly holas. we had a great time ! Take the bad reviews lightly cause bad stuff doesn't happen to everyone - just lock your suitcase is the better bet then the safe in my opinion Hope this helps some ppl feel easier about this resort, we basically loved everything about it ?? Well I return? probably one day, now that I experienced it first hand myself Go, relax & enjoy ! Tipping - We did everywhere, but more to the ones that truely appreciated it & made it known. Most times didn't give u better service if u did tbh!

**RAlejandro** - Mr. Get It Done is always incredible! He has an amazing personality and is so grateful. He knows how to move the crowd and keep their attention. He has great relationships with his peers and the guests. Every time I visit this resort, he gets even better. He deserves whatever he asks for. **Wanda** is amazing. She is funny, smart, and always willing to go the extra mile. Her smile and daily greetings make her special. She is kind and knows how to pivot. Wanda is sharp on her toes and creative. She always makes me feel like I want to return to this resort a million times over. Wanda, thank you for being amazing. **Johana** is always incredible. He is thoughtful and sincere, ensuring everyone has a good time. I am thankful for all that he does to entertain the guests. He can dance and knows how to keep the crowd going. Thank you for always being personable. **Francesca** is soft-spoken and easy-going, with a bright smile and vibrant energy. She was a bubble of energy during Zumba classes. Thank you for conducting stellar classes and keeping me moving. Can’t wait to come back. **Esteban**, you are doing an excellent job training and developing your team. It’s clear they want the guests to have a great experience at all times. They always go the extra mile, which takes a leader. They see you go the extra mile, and that motivates them to be better. I appreciate that, and thank you for always being kind to me and my husband. **Naomi** is the best—hands down. She does figure eights around the pool all day, nonstop, to make sure guests get everything they want. She even makes great suggestions. Naomi, you are amazing, and I hope you know that you make the pool's vibe perfect. You have a sense of urgency and care deeply. Thank you, and keep up the great service! **Dominga & Daybelis** are always so kind to my husband and me. They have excellent people skills.
