The service at this hotel vary between restaurants some restaurants treat you excellent like Ciao Zen and Toro, the others restaurant need to improve on table service or customer service specially Isla and los gallos. Restaurants- in all of the restaurants the temperature was hot Rooms- need to improve in cleanliness and the Air Conditioning need improvement we spend almost a 2 hours trying to find a room with the AC working almost properly, but at least they respond very well and get a new room for our family

Not 5-star resort quality. Room not cool enough, shower floor gross, no fan/exhaust in bathroom, mini fridge not stocked, no ceiling fans, food was average. Nice pools & beach but hotel does not offer excellent quality of service, nor cater to guests like other 5-star resorts. Won't return and would not recommend at all. Hard Rock Management needs to step it up, even if that means visiting other resorts to see how things should be done (like Excellence Resorts).
