The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food, in my opinion, is a 4/10. Although the options were limited, at least we didn’t go hungry. Honestly, I wouldn’t stay here again, although overall, I’d rate the experience a 6/10. We booked 2 rooms, and when making the reservation, we requested each room with a king bed, and one accessible room for my mother-in-law, who has reduced mobility. However, upon arrival, we were assigned rooms with double beds, and my mother-in-law’s room had a bathtub instead of an accessible shower. The receptionist was very kind and scheduled a room change for the next day; my in-laws were in building 17 and were moved to building 11. As for my room, we stayed with the double bed since it was big enough for my husband and me, so it wasn’t a major inconvenience. Unfortunately, before the room change, my mother-in-law slipped in the bathtub in building 17, injuring her knee. The air conditioning in my room never worked, despite being set to 15 degrees, so we used the ceiling fan the entire time. On the other hand, the air conditioning in my mother-in-law’s room did work. She had an incident during the early morning where she had a seizure around 4:20 a.m. because the air conditioning was too cold. We called the emergency operator to ask for help and for someone to turn off the air conditioning in her room. However, no one came, and I, still sleepy, had to get out of bed in the middle of the night and walk from my room in building 17 to hers in building 11. I had three days of diarrhea and abdominal pain, most likely due to the food from the snack bar. I started noticing that every time I ate there, I began feeling sick to my stomach. Additionally, the bathtub in my room got clogged around 4:50 p.m. I called the operator, Miguel, to report it, but after waiting for a long time, I ended up unclogging it myself with my toothbrush because it was getting late for dinner. Around 6:10 p.m., a maintenance team member arrived at the room. Days later, I ordered room service at 4:55 p.m., and when I called at 5:50 p.m. to ask about my order, they informed me that they didn’t have the request. Despite being aware of the issues we faced, no one did anything about it. I now understand the negative comments I’ve read about the hotel.

Beautiful hotel wonderful friendly staff we will definitely return We asked for ground floor room and we got it. Nothing was to much trouble excellent hotel id recommend the impressive to everyone. Hope to return next year with the same quality of service.
