****WARNING**** READ EVERY THE REVIEWS, THE NEGATIVES ARE 100% TRUE This "Resort" is a SCAM. Since the minute you walk in the door to the minute you leave, from poor staff, horrible food (nasty) some of them even unsafe to consume. the rooms are a joke, the fridge does not keep your beverages cool, the room service never comes after placing the order, the showers are FULL OF MOLD, you ask for a better service or changes they practically laugh in your face since they know if you are from another country there's nothing you can't do other than wait to check out. I spent a fortune bringing my whole family here and it was the biggest mistake I have ever done. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY IF YOUR CARE FOR YOUR FAMILY

A completely bad experience. We have been in this resort multiple times and never had the awful experience like the one we had now. Nothing was available in any restaurant not even cups for soda or mugs for coffee. Beers were gone at 1 pm at the water park and they are falsely advertising the expansion of the water park and it’s not even open yet, it’s still under construction. The resort is under a new administration and all they’re doing to the resort is making it worse instead of improving it. A big shoutout to most of the bartenders that are working on extra mile to accommodate the customers and sometimes needed to go from one place to another to get even a simple drink for the kids. From all the restaurants that we visited during our stay at the resort, only bad treatment we received was from one of the server at the zest restaurant during lunch time, his name is Pedro and his attitude was so nasty and rude that we couldn’t even believe how he got the job, this men was so disrespectful to us and our kids that he honestly shouldn’t be working as a server. The owner of this resort should definitely pay attention to all the details and Change the administration if they want to save the resort otherwise is going to crash.
