Leaving this review in relation to the Royal Club level which we were upgraded to because of the issues with our experience with the 1st Club in our first week STAFF; Royal level staff cannot do enough for you. They are extremely friendly and helpful and enjoy a laugh. Shout out to Hipo and his Team for excellent service during our stay. Any issue was sorted. Also bar staff are great and will make up almost anything you ask for. Unfortunately not all the staff are the same. We experienced another level of rudeness in the Italian restaurant when the wine waiter clearly wasnt happy that we were sticking to the house wine which we preferred rather than purchasing one. He threw the menu at us just in case we changed our minds and was very confrontational with us making us feel extremely uncomfortable Rooms are good and beds super comfy. Air con can be temperamental but like I said they sorted it. We had an issue with the door not closing properly and was a bit disappointed that it took 5 days to sort out. Fortunately we had a suite of rooms do was able to use another door. There are lots of different pool areas to use and also the gorgeous beach where we stayed all the time due to the lovely breeze which is welcome in the excessive heat. Beware the sellers that walk along selling cigars clothing toys etc. They can get on your nerves after asking you every day multiple times if you want to buy something but they Will leave you alone if you ask apart from the guys that walk along with parrots and iguanas wanting to sell you a picture. We had a run in with one who wouldnt leave my husband alone and draped the tail of the iguana on his whilst he was sleeping. The security guards whisked him off pretty quick. Food. Average really nothing to shout about Overall had a lovely relaxing 2 weeks

Willy Bruno was a fun bartender. Sayanara as a bartender was also exceptionally pleasant. Was very annoyed at how often Kenny G music was played for HOURS in restaurants. Other "music sounds" just looped. Lobby entertainment was fantastic.
