Just got back after 2 weeks, food was cold in all restaurants, locals let in at weekends and taking over the bars and restaurants found it impossible to get served,shop was so expensive 20 dollars for 2 bags of crisps and 45 dollars for suncream,the beach was disgusting the first few days but after people complained they did tidy it up and removed rubbish, key fob is a braclet and was told at reception if I lost it I'd have to pay 500 dollars, towel card if lost 150 dollars, sports bar is only open from 5 pm till 1am, we didn't upgrade as it was to expensive 1600 dollars,horse riding trip was a waste of money after travel you was only on horses for 26 minutes the horses was very thin they had to put sponge under the saddle, the island trip was good 7am till 7pm long day and again was only on island 3 hours the rest was travelling, lazy river was good but dirty around the bar area .Tui rep is only in lobby till 12 not 5pm as advertised,bbq was the hottest food there ,cooked fresh and staff was Friendly, lobby staff was friendly but as for the pool bar staff I found them miserable, rooms was good, aircon good credit to the grounds men. H10 hotel , staff pester you to invest in shares every day for 2 weeks, Definitely not 5 star won't be going back

My husband and I were gifted this trip for our honeymoon. The Resort was very clean. Everyone was extremely friendly which made it feel like a home away from home. Our butler Deiby Santana made sure we wanted for nothing. We were treated like royalty. Deiby and the rest of the staff took pride, joy, and love in serving us. Deiby even while he was off work, made sure we got off the resort and to the airport safely. We would definitely recommend!
