The amazing Emmanuel and king kong

Thankyou catalonia team emmanuel and king kong from the entertainment really looked after us. The food , the cleanliness, the staff were amazing this is our second visit and it did not disappoint. The entertainment team emmanuel and king kong work so hard around the clock and made us feel so welcome and comfortable thankyou entertainment team boys ??
AC does not cool room. Food is basic at best.

Horrible unless you enjoy 90 f suite sleeping. How can you advertise air conditioning when it is warmer inside than outside. This Catalonia resort is the place to avoid in Punta Cana. We are a group of over 30 and 5 groups have the exact same problem.
