Great experience at the Tokimetko restaurant. Fanni our waiter provided excellent service, not to mention our cook Rafael, food was delicious. Before you go to dinner stop by the bar and see Maria and Denty for some drinks, highly recommend the Passion Mamajuana.
Horrible customer service but beautiful resort Garden Suites

Fabulous room Garden Suites however RCI screwed up my payment process and ended up paying over 700US with no help from customer service.spent every freaking day trying to get this resolved and no help .5 of 7 days sitting in their lounge waiting to hear who would take the blame for screw up..played pass the ball all week DO NOT USE Company recommended for transportation from Hotel..called to inform of problem with flight, they left us stranded at the airport , said to use another company and we would be reimbursed then baled on that SO $60 US wasted
