We had a good time, but the food was not great and in the Bluewater Grill the service was terrible. There is a big tipping culture so you still have to carry cash if you want service and the beach is full of shopkeepers that will harass you the entire time you’re at the beach. We got tired of saying “no thank you” and stayed at pools instead. Rooms were beautiful and kept very clean, but if you are looking for entertainment and a real all inclusive feel, go elsewhere.

Where do i start! The service and the hotel is absolutely amazing, beach is gorgeous and the food is lush , pools were lovely and clean, couldnt fault a thing A SPECIAL THANK YOU TO MARI one of the pool servers her smile lightened up out day every morning and never had a empty glass, she was so kind and even brought my other half 2 baby vests because we are expecting a little one soon her service and kindness deserves to be recognised, that said all servers and bell boys and even handy men were all kind and would sell hello could not fault anyone and rooms were lovely just dont turn the jets on in the bath untill its completely full lol Thankyou secrets royal beach pumta cana weve had the best 2 weeks
