The most amazing holiday

We have had the most amazing holiday from start to finish. We can't thank all staff enough who go above and beyond to think of every need and wish. The entertainment team are so talented, I recommend the Michael Jackson show I. The amp theatre it's amazing. Jay our Tui rep was brilliant and advised of some out of this world experiences. The water sports are great canoeing, kayaking, mini catamaran to take out. My husband tried the trapeze which was really good. The speciality restaurants are each amazing and each meal presented so beautifully. The buffet restaurant is also great food a different theme each night. The after party nights at the viva beach are so much fun my favourite was the LED night it was brilliant. The dancers remind of setting from dirty dancing amazing to watch and funto try and join in. We have loved this holiday so much and we recommend to anyone. We have had adventures, fun and felt completely taken care of thankyou to everyone at this hotel
Best holiday with great staff to make it that more special

We stayed at the Palace from August until September 2024 and we all say it was the best holiday so far. From arriving the reception gave us a drink upon arrival and a bell boy transported our luggage to the room, from there onwards the treatment from all staff from reception to the bars and the entertainment staff was just impeccable, we are English and struggle with Spanish but we managed to learn more Spanish from speaking with the staff and other guests, many of the staff spoke fluent in 5 languages and it was just amazing from start to finish, they cannot do enough for you or to make you feel comfortable and happy. The staff at the reception bar were amazing every morning as we approached from the second day they already knew it was 1 cup of tea and 1 coffee for myself and my wife and we managed to learn how to order that in Spanish and taught them some English in return. We ventured out the hotel and all the locals are extremely friendly and helpful also we even found a cool little bar with a pool which was just fantastic. The entertainment never failed to put on a great show our favourite was the Michael Jackson act as he was just phenomenal and you actually thought you were watching Michael Jackson himself but then the circus and Broadway shows were also fantastic. It goes without saying that the whole staff and food was just impeccable and amazing we are most definitely going to visit this hotel again in the future. I would strongly recommend all of the A La Carte restaurants and the main buffet dining as the food is just amazing and the variety in the main buffet dining is suited for everyone we never struggled to eat well on this holiday. Amazing hotel, amazing food, amazing staff, amazing trips, just an amazing holiday
